I am a PHD (Chemical Informatics ) student at Indiana University Bloomington working with Prof David Wild at the chemgenomics and cheminformatics lab .Our lab is mainly focused on drug discovery and finding relationships between genes and compounds using semantics and data mining approaches Other than that we also work on QSAR , Molecular docking , Machine learning. I like to work on new Network(graph) based algorithms for link prediction. I am a R and Python and C enthusiast. I like to code a lot on these languages. I am always a heavy reader of research papers trying to find always new ideas and topics. I also review articles for Journal of Cheminformatics, BMC Bioinformatics and Journal of Molecular Graphics and Modeling.
